Label web application speeds of up to 150 meters per minute are available with production speeds of up to 50,000 containers per hour on appropriate containers.
Non-Stop Production
Our PSL labelers can run continuously around the clock and throughout weeks and months of maximum capacity due the application of Master Slave station pairs, or through-web splicing systems.
Cost of Ownership
The use of servos and sealed gearboxes on all driven axes eliminates the cost and maintenance headaches of traditional mechanical labellers. Planned maintenance is limited to basic cleaning and checks, with annual inspection of minor systems, such as electrical cabinet fan filters, lubrication cartridges and conveyor wear parts.
Fast Changeovers
Label stations are available with automated multi axis positional systems. Quick release container platforms can be provided to reduce format change time and effort.
HMI Controls
Clear and simple screens are provided with sophisticated images and data displays. Embedded HMI PC allows control of the vision system and other electronic devices with the labeller. Access to all system documents, tutorials and production data can be achieved.
Ergonomics
Our Modular machine configuration allows easy access to the label stations, container handling system, and supporting system such as cameras and coders.
Combination Labelers
Other labeling systems such as Roll Fed; Hot Melt and Cold Glue can be applied alongside the PSL stations. Carrousel diameters up to 2400mm diameter are available, for accommodation of up to 6 Master Slave applications, or various label system combinations.
