The SSL-450 vertical sleeve labeler drive train is engineered around Allen Bradley controls plus precision machined components that are designed for accuracy and durability. Our drive train design offers repeatable performance in a mechanically simple system that uses modular change parts to make switching between formats easy. All of our mechanical systems can be adjusted by the operator with no tools, giving Sleeve Seal labelers the reputation as operator friendly, long lasting machines capable of efficiencies of 99.5%. All Sleeve Seal labelers perform precision labeling thanks to well-engineered components managed by Allen Bradley servos and controls.

Access Cabinet

All Sleeve Seal labeling machines are housed in heavy gauge stainless steel cabinets made with removable service doors for ease of maintenance and safety. Operators can manage operation and changeovers using our purpose built HMI and synchronized adjusters. Cutter BoxOur patented cutter box utilizes four to six synchronized cutting blades for fast, precise cuts that won’t leave jagged film ends. The unique modular design allows for easy change of blades or quick, tool-less changes to other cutter boxes when changing label format or container size. Sleeve Seal cutter boxes use common, affordable utility blades that can be found in a local hardware store. Other blade types designed for use in harsh environments are also available.

SHRINK TUNNELS

The line of Sleeve Seal shrink tunnels features a new style of tunable controls that make shrinking labels on containers both precise and repeatable. In order to shrink labels at higher speeds, our shrink tunnels come in a broad range of sizes that compliment all of our labelers. In addition to newly designed controls, Sleeve Seal tunnels feature 316 stainless steel interior lining and components for maximum corrosion resistance. Every shrink tunnel model features external controls that allow the adjustment of individual arrays without exposing the operator to heat.
